Highways

Tennessee State Highway's 20, 48 and 99 plus US Highway 412 connect the Hohenwald Area with major arterial and interstate
highways. Interstate 40 is 40 miles to the northwest and Interstate 65 is 40 miles to the east.

Nashville International Airport.

Scheduled passenger service is available at the Nashville International Airport. The Nashville International Airport has 17 airlines
operating 392 average daily flights to 81 markets (December 2001).

With the third longest runway in Middle Tennessee and techonologically advanced instrumentation, Maury Regional Airport
can serve virtually all the needs of area business and industry. Charter service for both passengers and freight, heated
hangars, refueling services, aircraft maintenance services, car rental and limo services are just a few of the features that
helped Maury Regional to win the designation as Tennessee's Airport of the year in 1994.

Railroads

Railway service is provided by South Central Tennessee Railroad (SCTR).  The local shortline service connects with CSX in Dickson,
Tennessee. Service is provided on demand with daily service available. Two of the Industrial Parks in Hohenwald border the railroad.

Truck Lines

Hohenwald and Lewis County are served by all the national and regional motor freight carriers operating in South Central Tennessee.
There is one local carrier and several other carriers within a 50 mile radius. Federal Express, United Parcel Service, Emery Worldwide
DHL and Pony Express provide regular scheduled service.

Water Transportation

The nearest port facility is at Florence, Al. with services provided by the TN Southern Railroad, INC. The port is located on
the Tennessee River 62 miles south of Hohenwald.
