Wisty Pender, Middle Tennessee Enterprise Specialist from the Business Enterprise Resource Office (BERO) presented the first session of an eight-session interactive training series in Centerville, Tenn.  This series offers basic training to help a person understand the basic items to address when thinking about starting a business. That is, what are the right questions to ask before "starting my business"?

These sessions provide a platform for providing/receiving information, generating collaborative opportunities and encouraging a supportive atmosphere. Columbia State Community College is organizing the series and South Central Tennessee Workforce Alliance is covering most of the cost of the program. The only cost to the participant is $25 to cover part of the cost of the book.
A series is being schduled for Hohenwald, TN. For more information, or to register, call (931) 796-3747.
